To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Final sale or clearance items


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.

Do not send items back without contacting us first.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.

If Cash on Delivery was used, refund options will be discussed with our support team.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

6. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.
